Track client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies to ensure ongoing emotional growth and stability. Work collaboratively with parents and guardians to provide guidance and resources, ensuring continuity of care. Maintain detailed, confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in child mental health counseling. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required. Strong skills in empathy, client-centered counseling, active listening, problem-solving, and communication. Preferred certifications in mental health counseling or child therapy. Experience working with children and families in a counseling environment is highly valued. Familiarity with counseling software and tools is a plus.
