Freelance MUN Trainer

The Global Citizen Education Group Philippines is looking for trainers who believe that education can shape the next generation of thoughtful global citizens.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver Model United Nations training sessions using lesson materials developed by The Global Citizen Education Group.
* Facilitate discussions on international relations, diplomacy, and global issues in an engaging and accessible manner.
* Guide students in developing research, public speaking, negotiation, and policy analysis skills.
* Support students in preparing for and participating in mock conferences and simulations.
* Provide feedback to students to help them improve their performance in debates, negotiations, and committee discussions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* A Bachelor's degree from any related field.
* At least 1 year of teaching experience or experience facilitating student programmes.
* At least 2 years of experience in Model United Nations or similar activities.
* Experience as an MUN delegate, chair, trainer, or organising team member is preferred.
* Proficient in English with strong speaking and communication skills.
* Ability to engage and manage groups of students in an interactive learning environment.
