Guest Delight International | GDI is seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Mystery Shopper in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. This flexible contract role involves evaluating retail and service experiences and reporting insights that help clients improve customer service and business performance. The position is not remote; assignments take place at designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet shopping assignments at designated locations to evaluate customer service and product quality.
• Record detailed observations about staff interactions, store presentation, and the overall customer experience.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations using a provided template.
• Review feedback from previous evaluations to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers to clarify assignment requirements and deliver results on time.
• Attend training on evaluation criteria and reporting standards.
• Stay informed about relevant company policies and customer service strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in mystery shopping or a similar role.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital reporting tools and software.
