Freelance Corporate Trainer – Leadership & IT in Los Angeles, CA

Prakash chidambaram is seeking a freelance Corporate Trainer specializing in leadership and IT in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will design and deliver corporate training programs that strengthen leadership skills, improve IT management practices, and support effective communication across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training modules focused on leadership development and IT management.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions using varied instructional methods and formats.
• Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Stay current with leadership, technology, and corporate training trends and best practices.
• Partner with organizational leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Coach and support participants as they apply new skills in the workplace.
• Track training outcomes and participant feedback to improve future sessions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, consulting, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training in leadership and IT management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with training tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Training and development or leadership certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Pay: $100,000 per year. This is a freelance, non-remote position based in Los Angeles, California.
