Hiring: Freshservice ITSM Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
We are seeking an experienced Freshservice ITSM Consultant to optimize and enhance our IT Service Management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and optimize Freshservice configuration, service catalog, and ticket workflows.
• Configure automated ticket routing, assignment rules, SLAs, and escalations.
• Enhance dashboards, reports, and SLA performance tracking.
• Optimize IT asset management, data quality, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Develop custom forms, including Change Management workflows.
• Provide documentation, staff training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Freshservice implementation and administration.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITIL best practices, workflow automation, SLA management, and ticket routing.
• Experience with asset management, CMDB, reporting, and custom forms.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week.
• Two client references for comparable Freshservice implementations.
