Front Counter Team Member

The Taylored Cookie & Bakery is looking to add someone to our front counter team as soon as possible. This is a part-time position, approximately 2–3 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday most likely) days per week from 7:00 AM–2:00 PM.

The 7:00 AM start time is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
You must be able to be at the bakery and ready to work at 7:00 AM on every scheduled day.

This position includes:
• Running our POS system and handling transactions accurately
• Taking and packaging customer orders
• Answering the phone
• Keeping the front stocked, clean and organized
• Multitasking during busy periods
• Being on your feet for most of your shift
• Showing up reliably and on time
• Working well with the rest of our team
• Most importantly, being kind, patient and welcoming to our customers

Experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic and customer service are extremely important to me. We can teach you our POS system and how we do things. What I need is someone willing to learn, work hard, take initiative and treat our customers well—even when we’re slammed.

Pay will be discussed during the interview process.
