About the role
Holiday Inn Express Yorkton is looking for full or part time Hotel Front Desk Agents available for night audit
Tasks
- Greet and acknowledge all the customers and guests upon arrival.
- Confirming guests reservations and updating information.
- Attending to phone calls from customers regarding availability of hotel rooms.
- Receiving payments from the guests.
- Updating the complete list of hotel guests.
- Updating the guests check-in and check-out time.
- Need to solve the problems or any issues that a customer or guest have with the hotel services.
- Transferring calls to the guest rooms and departments.
- Help the guests in filling out their reservation form.
- Taking feedback from the customers or guests and forwarding to appropriate departments.
