About the role
Sure Shot is growing and looking for someone to run the front desk, serve as the first voice customers hear, and keep the shop and production on the same page.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails.
- Build quotes and handle billing.
- Receive orders and manage supplies.
- Coordinate between customers and the production floor.
Requirements
- Be organized and friendly, and feel comfortable juggling a few things at once.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus, not a requirement.
