Front Desk Staff

About the role

As a member of the Rocket Pickle Cebu team, the front desk staff member will be the first point of contact for members and guests at the Mandaue Branch. The role assists with check-ins, inquiries, and basic administrative tasks to help make each experience pleasant and smooth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests at the front desk.
• Handle check-ins, reservations, and basic inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and respond to messages.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with simple administrative tasks and reports.
• Support the team with other on-site needs when needed.

Requirements

• At least a college graduate, any course.
• Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, such as MS Office and Google Apps.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility with the schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
