GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar position in hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations & guest service
• Leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Familiar with hotel PMS is an advantageous
• Well-groomed, service-oriented & able to work under pressure
