Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and follow all company safety standards.
• Communicate with team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report issues to the supervisor.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful, professional service.
• Document daily activities and keep accurate operational and incident records.
• Work with maintenance, customer service, and other teams on projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and technical ability to operate equipment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a similar operations role is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Schedule
