Position: Semi Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador (Remote Eligible)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer with over 2 years of experience in full stack Java development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework.
Implement front-end interfaces with React, Angular, CSS, and JavaScript.
Apply design patterns and best practices for scalable software solutions.
Work with JBOSS application server and ensure security compliance with OWASP standards.
Collaborate using tools like Jira and GitHub for version control and project tracking.
Optional but desirable: experience with microservices architecture and web API services.
Participate in agile development methodologies delivering incremental releases.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Java full stack development.
Proficient in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular.
