About the role
Zing Zumm Children's Museum of Jacksonville is seeking a full-time admissions and key holder team member.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests, enforce museum rules, and answer questions.
- Manage the register and admit guests into the museum.
- Answer the phone.
- Assist with hosting birthday parties or special events.
- Help guests sign up for memberships.
- Routinely inspect the museum and reorganize and clean exhibits.
- Work with other team members on daily and additional museum tasks.
- Maintain gift shop inventory.
- Assist programming staff with daily programming needs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to maintain a regular schedule of 35–40 hours a week.
- Be organized, enthusiastic about working with a team, and interested in engaging with guests.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
