Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Grill Cook in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hot line experience with at least 2 years specifically cooking on a grill. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to work efficiently within a team, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook on the grill with at least 2 years of experience
- Prep ingredients and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Consistently produce high-quality food during service
- Break down station and kitchen at the end of service
- Follow management instructions to control labor and food costs
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hot line experience and 2 years as a grill cook
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Training Schedule:
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 9 AM – 2 PM (PM OFF)
- Wednesday: 10 AM – 2 PM, 4 PM – 9 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM – 2 PM, 4 PM – 9 PM
- Friday: 10 AM – 2 PM, 4 PM – 9 PM
- Saturday: AM OFF, 4 PM – 9 PM
