Job description
We are a growing Property Management business in Morgantown WV looking to expand our maintenance team. We will be paying 20-25 dollars per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position with weekly schedule being from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to earn much more with overtime. A truck will be provided to the worker for business operation hours and gas will be paid for by Red Brick Properties. The maintenance worker is expected to have everyday tools on them and with them during working hours (drills, screw drivers, etc.). Any specialty tools or devices will be purchased by Red Brick Properties. We are looking for someone that is capable of doing jobs on their own and able to train/guide lower level maintenance people on jobs.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance/construction role
- Must be experienced in carpentry work
- Able to identify and repair small plumbing issues
- Able to identify and repair small electrical issues
- Flooring and painting
- Valid drivers license
- Needs to hold a high standard of integrity
- High school education or GED completed
