Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $25 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime opportunities may provide additional earnings.
What You'll Do
- Complete property maintenance and construction tasks independently.
- Perform carpentry, flooring, and painting work.
- Identify and repair minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Train or guide lower-level maintenance team members on jobs.
Requirements
- At least five years of maintenance or construction experience.
- Demonstrated carpentry experience.
- Ability to identify and repair minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Experience with flooring and painting.
- Valid driver's license.

Tools and Transportation
- A truck is provided for business use during working hours, and gas is paid for by Red Brick Properties.
