Fund Controller

Tasks

• oversee accounting and financial reporting for newly launched registered investment vehicles
• administrator, fund accounting, transfer agent and custodian oversight
• management and incentive fee calculations
• SEC and U.S. GAAP filings
• SOX controls
• the annual audit
• quarterly board reports
• Partnering closely with the CFO and Managing Director, with liquidity and compliance monitoring alongside the Operations and Valuation teams.

Requirements

• 8 to 20 years of public and private experience in BDC or credit fund accounting, ideally from an interval fund, BDC or other registered fund platform (not straight public accounting)
• SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP and SOX experience
• a bachelor’s in accounting required
• CPA preferred

Schedule

• 4 days in office
• Open To Relocation.

Pay

• Compensation up to $375k.
