Fund Development Manager

Tasks

• Lead the planning, development and execution of annual and long-term fund raising strategies.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
• Collaborate with the Communications & Events Coordinator to create marketing materials that promote fundraising efforts and share our impact.
• Maintain accurate donor and prospect records using CRM tools and databases.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in the non-profit sector, with a proven history in fund development and stakeholder relations.
• 2 years experience managing campaigns, events, donor relations, and large fundraising budgets.
• Strong understanding of community-based service delivery and prevention-focused work with vulnerable populations.
