Key Responsibilities Diagnose issues related to garage door systems and conduct necessary repairs Perform routine maintenance on garage doors to ensure optimal performance Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and answer inquiries Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work performed Ensure compliance with safety standards during the repair and installation processes Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Drivers license. Reliable truck or van. Tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed. Open availability including weekends. Pass a background check.
