Ane's Paviment is seeking a dedicated Garden Design and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with clients and enhance their outdoor spaces, focusing on both residential and commercial gardens.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan garden layouts tailored to client preferences and environmental conditions.
• Oversee installation of garden features including planting, landscaping, and hardscaping such as pavements.
• Perform regular garden maintenance tasks like watering, pruning, and pest control to ensure optimal garden health.
• Manage project timelines efficiently while providing exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors and specialists as needed, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Implement environmentally sustainable landscaping and maintenance practices.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and monitor client satisfaction and garden growth metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong skills in garden design, landscaping, and project management.
• Proficiency in plumbing, pavement installation, and painting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in garden design or maintenance is preferred.
