Key Responsibilities Design and plan garden layouts tailored to client preferences and local environmental conditions. Oversee installation of garden features including planting, landscaping, and hardscaping such as pavements. Perform regular maintenance tasks like watering, pruning, and pest control to maintain garden health. Manage project timelines efficiently while providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Coordinate with contractors and specialists to ensure smooth project execution and communication. Implement sustainable landscaping practices to promote environmental responsibility. Maintain detailed records of work completed and monitor client satisfaction and garden growth metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong skills in garden design, landscaping, and project management. Proficiency in plumbing, pavement installation, and painting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in garden design or maintenance is preferred.
