Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain various sewing machines to produce garments according to design specifications. Perform precise stitching and assembly of fabric pieces while maintaining strict quality standards. Inspect finished garments to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality control requirements. Cut, trim, and prepare materials for sewing, verifying all materials before production starts. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Participate in training and safety meetings to comply with workplace regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience operating sewing machines and garment production. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and sewing patterns. Knowledge of various fabrics and stitching techniques is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with safety practices in manufacturing environments. Previous experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus.
