This full-time role is essential to our apparel manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality garment production in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain various sewing machines to produce garments according to design specifications. Perform precise stitching and fabric assembly while maintaining strict quality standards. Inspect finished garments for accuracy and compliance with quality control requirements. Cut, trim, and prepare materials before sewing to ensure readiness for production. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines efficiently. Monitor sewing machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Participate in safety training and comply with workplace regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience operating sewing machines and garment sewing. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and sewing patterns. Knowledge of various fabrics and stitching techniques is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices. Experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus.
