- CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents & Dialogflow CX
- Google Gemini, Vertex AI & Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Agentic AI – Voice & Chat Solutions
- Contact Center, IVR, CTI, CCaaS, SIP, STT/TTS
- Python and/or Java, REST APIs, SQL
- LLM Orchestration, Tool Calling, Grounding & Guardrails
- GCP Services: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage & IAM
- Solution Architecture, Hands-on Coding, PoCs, Integrations & Production Deployment
- Looking for an architect who can design, build, troubleshoot, and deploy production-ready Agentic AI solutions - not a governance-only profile.
