We are looking for a hands-on GECX Architect to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable AI-powered customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Google Cloud, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise contact center integrations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design end-to-end AI-powered voice and chat solutions
✅ Build agentic AI solutions using Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and CX Agent Studio
✅ Develop multi-turn conversations, tool calling, orchestration, grounding, and guardrails
✅ Integrate IVR, telephony, CCaaS, CRM, APIs, and enterprise applications
✅ Build PoCs, accelerators, and production-ready AI solutions
✅ Lead hands-on coding, troubleshooting, deployment, and technical architecture decisions
✅ Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders
🔹 Required Technical Skills:
Google GECX / Google CCAI
Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, Conversational Agents
Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMs, Voice AI, and Chatbots
Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, GCS
Contact Center, IVR, CTI, CCaaS, SIP, STT/TTS
Python and/or Java, REST APIs, JSON, SQL
Git, CI/CD, IAM, Logging, Monitoring, and Cloud Troubleshooting
Enterprise system and CRM integrations
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
Google Cloud certifications, especially Professional Cloud Architect
Experience delivering enterprise-scale contact center transformation and production AI solutions
Strong architecture leadership and communication skills
⚠️ Important: This is a hands-on architecture role, not a governance-only position. Candidates must be capable of coding, troubleshooting integrations, and driving solutions through production.
