Gen AI Architect

About the role

Design and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade generative AI solutions.

Tasks

• Design and build GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and multi-agent architectures
• Integrate GenAI platforms with enterprise applications through function calling, tool integration, and microservices
• Evaluate, fine-tune (including PEFT), and benchmark models for quality, cost, and performance
• Build and deploy production services using Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices with observability and monitoring
• Work with data engineering teams on pipelines, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and governance
• Define AI reference architectures and reusable design patterns
• Establish security controls for AI systems
• Set standards for scalability, resiliency, and performance of AI applications
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and regulatory guidelines
• Support architecture review boards and executive steering committees

Requirements

• Local candidates preferred; relocation considered.
• W2 only (EAD holders eligible)
• LLMs amp; GenAI: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral; prompt engineering and optimization; RAG; fine-tuning and PEFT; AI agents; function calling; model evaluation
• Agentic Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Qdrant, Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
• Cloud amp; AI Platforms: Azure (including Azure OpenAI), AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks
• Programming: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, micros
