We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead to drive the architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Define and drive Generative AI strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
Design and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
Develop enterprise AI applications using Python, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs.
Build reusable GenAI frameworks, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Implement model evaluation, hallucination mitigation, monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.
Lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
🔹 Required Skills
10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or AI solution delivery.
2+ years of hands-on Generative AI implementation experience.
Strong Python programming and LLM application development skills.
Experience with RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and production deployments.
Proven technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-agent systems, multimodal AI, and model fine-tuning.
Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, enterprise security, and regulatory compliance.
