Job description
Tasks
- Lead production support and operational activities for GenAI applications built on Google Gemini.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and application stability.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Optimize model performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvements in GenAI support processes and service reliability.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) Production Support and Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expertise in Google Gemini and Vertex AI.
- Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing incidents for AI/ML applications.
- Strong knowledge of model deployment, performance optimization, and production environment support.
- Ability to identify root causes, resolve production issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
