Real hands-on construction experience — ideally well-rounded who knows multiple trades such as:
• Framing & carpentry
• Concrete
• Drywall
• Demolition
• General repairs & construction
• Using tools, taking measurements and understanding how to get a job done correctly

Must have your own reliable truck/vehicle and your own tools.
