Job description
Join a high-end American manufacturer with more than 56 years in business. We are hiring full-time production staff for general factory work and wood and foam fabrication in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Training is available for candidates who are ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare materials for wood and foam fabrication.
- Operate equipment that may include a horizontal beam saw, sliding table saw, and handheld tools.
- Load and unload materials on cutting machines and fabrication tables.
- Change production materials several times a day and help minimize material waste.
- Perform general factory and production tasks.
- Communicate effectively with peers and management.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform math calculations related to measurements and material yields.
- Ability to lift and move materials.
- Carpentry or precise measuring experience is helpful.
- Forklift training is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production materials.
