General Farm Worker

Tasks

• The Employees will operate tractors with towed feeder wagons to feed cattle.
• Calving will start in February and continue through April.
• Employees will watch for health conditions of the newborn and administrate vaccines, pour on for routine care of the animals.
• Will operate vehicles designated for towing equipment such as feed carts, trailers and flatbeds.
• Employees will be responsible for minor repairs and routine maintenance of machinery, structures and grounds.
• Employees will also be hauling crops to contracted elevators.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Employees must have valid drivers license or obtain one in 30 days.
• No Educational level required.
• Must have three months tractor driving experience with towed implements and computerized scales.

• From Dec 1, 2026 to Apr 30, 2027
• Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
• No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.

Pay

• $19.99 per hour
