Tasks

• Manually cut fish bait; load bait into trucks and take to ponds.
• operate motorized boat and check traps; lift traps from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, 40 lbs. lifting requirement, frequent stooping & repetitive movements; traps are re-baited and put back into pond; load the crawfish sacks into truck and bring to market.
• check & repair broken levees where needed; repair traps as needed; help maintain shop & fields & working outside in inclement weather conditions.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• 40 lbs. lifting requirement, frequent stooping & repetitive movements

Schedule

• From Dec 15, 2026 to Jun 15, 2027

Pay

• $10.42 per hour
• Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience
