Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, as needed. Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to overall operational improvement. Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines consistently. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with standard safety practices in a work environment. No specific certification is required, but relevant industry experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
