About the role

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is on a mission to promote well-being through the power of cannabis. The General Manager at RISE Dispensary leads, manages, and inspires a diverse team to drive results and deliver memorable, positive consumer experiences. The role directs dispensary activities related to the customer journey, inventory operations, safety and compliance, and team member experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop Leaders and Team Members.
• Execute company strategy, state regulatory requirements, and local operations plans.
• Communicate the reasons for change and align the team with Green Thumb’s Mission, Vision, Values, Priorities, and Behaviors.
• Use data and business insight to understand results and guide team actions.
• Use data to understand customer needs, improve the consumer journey, increase efficiency, and empower the team.
• Give actionable, respectful feedback and coach collaborative work.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels and keep teams informed.
• Build diverse teams and foster an environment where differences are encouraged, valued, and supported.
• Develop people, support strong performance and career goals, and take ownership of the employee life cycle and team engagement.
• Serve as an ambassador for lasting social change in the communities.
