General Manager

This position is affiliated with the Overseas Investment Division of Ningbo MH Group.
Job Responsibilities:Assist management personnel in overseeing the company's overall operations and daily management;Responsible for achieving the company's budget targets and leading the sales team ;Responsible for establishing and managing the company's sales team;Responsible for establishing sales networks and channels, building brand reputation, and developing marketing strategies;Responsible for organizing and implementing new product development and new market expansion initiatives;Responsible for customer relationship management and relationship maintenance;Coordinate and manage cross-departmental collaboration matters within the company.
Job Requirements:A bachelor's degree or higher;With over 5 years of corporate management experience, having led teams of more than 10 members.Skilled in marketing, with over 3 years of sales experience and customer management expertise.Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit, an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in managing interpersonal relationships.Exhibits strong stress resilience, adapts well to fast-paced work environments, and maintains clear logical judgment under pressure.Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and the ability to identify root causes of issues while driving fundamental solutions.Proficient in using office software (Office suite) and related business systems such as Word, Office, Siggo, etc.I am willing to accept occasional business trips and a flexible work schedule.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Salary:3-month probationary period with a salary of 4,000,000 COP/month.After passing the probationary period test, the salary increases to 4,500,000 COP/month plus a performance-based bonus of 1,500,000 pesos.(total: 4,500,000 + 1,500,000).
Contract:1-year term, renewable.
