Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, service, and installation.
- Lead department leaders and drive revenue and profitability.
- Handle hiring and performance management.
- Implement systems for scaling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of senior operational leadership in residential home services.
- Proven experience running a $10M+ company or business unit.
- Strong P&L ownership and experience leading leaders.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
