General Manager Information Technology

We're looking for a visionary leader to head a company specializing in the import, integration, and commercialization of multi-sector robotics solutions, including exclusive distribution rights for a leading robotics brand in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:
Define the company's vision and growth strategy; identify opportunities across retail, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, and securityManage relationships with global manufacturers and oversee the exclusive distribution agreementLead go-to-market strategy by industry, sales, operations, technical support, and implementationDevelop business models (sales, leasing, RaaS – Robotics as a Service)Support international negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage P&L
.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Technology, or related field (MBA highly preferred)5+ years of executive leadership/general management experience.Experience in technology, automation, or multi-industry business development.Fluent English required; native or advanced SpanishExperience working with international manufacturers (Asian manufacturers preferred)
