About the role
Burke Recruiting is partnering with a growing transportation and logistics company seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee operations and drive business performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in trucking, transportation or logistics
- Proven leadership experience managing operations, dispatch, drivers and fleet
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and profitability
- The ability to improve operational efficiency, cash flow and overall business performance
- A practical, hands-on leadership style and a commitment to building strong teams
- Trucking industry experience is essential.
Pay
- $110,000–$150,000
