Key Responsibilities Assist in daily mining operations ensuring safety and efficiency. Work closely with team members to apply best mining practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to comply with safety standards. Operate and maintain mining equipment under supervision following safety protocols. Participate actively in team meetings to address progress and challenges. Support skilled workers in various tasks to meet team goals. Report any operational issues promptly to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Grade 12 certificate. Proven teamwork skills and positive attitude. Experience in mining or construction environments is advantageous. Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials.
