Engage in team meetings to discuss daily goals and safety briefings, ensuring clear communication among all team members. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient mining processes and uphold operational standards. Required and preferred qualifications Education: Grade 10/12 certification is required. Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role. Experience: Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment is a plus but not mandatory. Certifications: Safety training certifications related to mining operations will be an advantage.
