Impala Platinum Mine is hiring a dedicated General Worker to join our team in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily facility operations and maintenance tasks. Perform routine cleaning to maintain a safe and tidy work area. Help load and unload materials and supplies efficiently. Follow supervisor instructions and actively contribute to team goals. Support multiple departments by adapting to changing operational needs. Participate in training to improve skills and comply with safety standards. Maintain consistent productivity and quality in all assigned tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Grade 12 or equivalent. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of industrial safety protocols preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours as business demands. This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisor and involves collaboration across departments such as Logistics and Maintenance.
