Key Responsibilities Assist in various production line tasks ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Participate in routine equipment maintenance and cleaning to maintain a safe working environment. Support team members in executing daily manufacturing schedules and production goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any potential issues. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure workplace for all employees. Conduct inventory checks and assist in the management of materials as needed. Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate or equivalent educational qualification is required. Strong communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a manufacturing setting. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production demands.
