Requirements
- 8+ Years
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Genesys Cloud architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) integration – MANDATORY.
- Expertise in designing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant contact center solutions.
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, telephony integrations, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with IVR, call routing, automation, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
- Ability to lead technical teams, drive architecture decisions, and implement best practices.
- Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience integrating Genesys Cloud with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV). General Salesforce or Genesys experience alone is not sufficient.
