Genesys Cloud Architect

Requirements

• 10+ Years
• Strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX architecture, design, and implementation.
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) integration experience – MANDATORY.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of CTI, IVR, SIP, telephony APIs, and call routing.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and contact center automation.
• Knowledge of AI-powered bots, workflow automation, and customer experience orchestration.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and highly available contact center solutions.
• Candidates must have specific Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) experience. General Salesforce Service Cloud or CTI integration experience alone is not sufficient.
