TALETN PARTNERS RDqwq5ulkde3q is hiring a Collections Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In this role, you will lead collections operations for a large financial-sector organization, strengthen accounts receivable performance, and help manage credit risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate collections activities to support timely revenue recovery.
- Analyze financial data to identify accounts receivable trends and opportunities to improve collections.
- Develop and implement customer negotiation strategies that lead to effective payment arrangements.
- Assess customer credit risk and help minimize losses from unpaid accounts.
- Work with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Define success metrics, monitor team performance, and drive progress toward collections goals.
- Train and develop the collections team while fostering a positive, results-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in collections management, including financial analysis and negotiation.
