Tasks

• develop, enhance, maintain, and support custom and commercial GIS applications

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the required areas
• Custom GIS application development, testing, installation, and deployment
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Streamlit
• C# and .NET application development
• Esri ArcGIS JavaScript API 3.x / 4.x
• ArcSDE, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Server
• ArcGIS Server configuration, troubleshooting, map-service publishing, and performance tuning
• ArcGIS Desktop tools: ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcCatalog
• ArcGIS API for Python, ArcPy, and ArcGIS REST API
• Development and troubleshooting of enterprise GIS applications
• Experience with Visual Studio, SSMS, SQL Developer, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools
• Preferred: Azure DevOps, Jira, Git/GitLab, and Agile delivery
• Preferred: Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Preferred: FME Desktop/Server, workbenches, and data flows
• Preferred: ArcGIS Enterprise installation and configuration - Portal, Server, Data Stores, and ArcGIS Online
• Preferred: IIS and AWS server administration
• Preferred: AI coding assistants, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
