Golang Architect/Go Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Golang Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications and microservices.

Tasks

• Design and architect highly scalable, reliable, and secure applications using Golang (Go).
• Lead the development of cloud-native applications and microservices-based solutions.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for Golang development.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven architectures.
• Architect distributed systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
• Design cloud solutions leveraging AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Ensure application security, scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects.

Requirements

• 12+ Years (Preferred)
• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in software architecture and backend engineering.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Golang (Go).
• Proven experience designing enterprise-level microservices and distributed systems.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud Arc
• Experience in the Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domain is highly preferred.
