Google GECX AI Platform Architect

Tasks

• Architect and implement AI-powered voice and chat experiences.
• Build agentic AI solutions using Gemini, Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, and Conversational Agents.
• Design multi-turn conversations, prompt orchestration, tool calling, grounding, and guardrails.
• Integrate AI platforms with IVR, telephony, CCaaS, CRM, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop solutions using GCP services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
• Build PoCs, reusable accelerators, and production-ready AI applications.
• Analyze logs and reporting data using Google Cloud Logs Explorer, BigQuery, and SQL Server.
• Lead hands-on development, integration troubleshooting, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive architecture decisions from design to delivery.

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• Google GECX / Google CCAI
• Dialogflow CX / Conversational Agents
• Google Gemini and Vertex AI
• Agentic AI, GenAI, and LLM orchestration
• Contact Center Architecture, IVR, CTI, SIP, STT/TTS
• Python and/or Java
• REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Git, and CI/CD
• Google Cloud Platform and enterprise integrations
• Senior architects who combine strong solution design skills with hands-on coding, contact center expertise, AI platform implementation, and production delivery experience.
