Graduate Associate – Field Operations

This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on experience in field operations, on-site testing, data collection, and technology-related activities.

Tasks

• Support on-site field operations, inspections, and basic testing.
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and monitoring.
• Collect data, track performance metrics, and maintain activity reports.
• Communicate field updates and observations to team members.
• Travel between designated sites as required.
• Follow operational procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements

• No engineering degree or prior technical experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel frequently.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Previous fieldwork or technical experience is a plus, but not required.
