Grain Storage Facility Operator

Tasks

• Receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility
• Disposing of spoiled grain
• Loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level
• Operating augers and grain conveying equipment
• Monitoring grain moisture levels
• Preparing scale tickets and shoveling grain
• Loading non-CDL farm trucks with agricultural products and driving them to market as needed

Requirements

• Having or being able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire
• Basic English literacy skills are required
• Random criminal background checks may occur post-hire at the employers expense. These checks may be performed to ensure safe housing and work environments for all workers.

Schedule

• From Dec 17, 2026 to Feb 10, 2027
• Visa required: H-2A

Pay

• $15.00 per hour
• The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
