Graphic Design DTF Print Production Assistant

Work may include:
* Cleaning and correcting customer artwork
* Proper background removal and true transparency
* Fixing low-quality artwork
* Resizing artwork while maintaining quality
* Preparing print-ready PNG files
* Building DTF gang sheets
* Checking files for resolution, transparency, cutoffs and other printing problems
* Recreating simple artwork when necessary
* Occasionally creating original designs
* Using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience with DTF printing, screen printing, sublimation, apparel graphics or print production is a BIG plus.
You don't have to know everything about DTF already, but you must have strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills, attention to detail, and be willing to learn our production standards.

Schedule:
I am in the Eastern Time Zone (USA). I need someone who can overlap with my normal working hours, approximately 8 AM–2 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. You do not necessarily have to work that entire window, but real-time availability during part of it is important.

I'm looking for someone interested in long-term work, not just a one-time project.
