About the role

As a Groundskeeper at Greystar, you will help maintain the physical aspects of the community and its grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal. You will also support service team members.

Responsibilities

Inspect the community throughout the day and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings so common areas and amenities remain neat and free of litter.
Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process. Transfer trash to the dumpster or storage area, as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
Change locks according to the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas work according to codes and safety standards.
Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
Inform appropriate supervisors of issues or concerns.
