Growth Director

Keller Williams Puerto Rico is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Growth to lead one of the most important initiatives within our organization: attracting, developing, and retaining top real estate talent.This is a high-impact leadership role for a professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving strategic growth. The Director of Growth will be responsible for increasing agent count, strengthening agent engagement, and supporting the long-term growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain licensed real estate agents.Build meaningful relationships with top-performing agents and industry professionals.Establish accountability systems and performance metrics to support company growth objectives.Support agent development, engagement, and retention initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.Analyze business performance and recommend strategies to improve results.Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and excellence.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, business development, or growth-focused roles.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to influence, inspire, and lead others.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Technology savvy and comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools.Bilingual (English and Spanish).Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.
